These ISO VG 460 synthetic gear oils do not contain extreme pressure (EP) additives but can exhibit similar performance characteristics to EP oils. The synthetic base stocks of these gear oils provide extra protection without any additives that could potentially corrode yellow metals such as brass, bronze, or copper.
