ISO VG 220 food grade oils are used in food processing and beverage plants where incidental food contact may occur. Our food grade lubricants are NSF Registered, meet USDA 1998 (H-1) guidelines, and are also Kosher approved.
ISO VG 220 food grade oils have a midpoint kinematic viscosity of 220 mm2/s (or cSt) while SAE 50 Wt. oil has a minimum high-temperature kinematic viscosity of 16.3 mm2/s (cSt). These numbers refer to the standard testing mechanisms used to determine an oil’s resistance to flow (viscosity).
Available in both 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.
